COVID-19 Status

Our physical office will be closed during the COVID-19 shutdown until further notice. Based on the information by the CDC, we will remain closed to protect all our co-workers and clients from COVID-19.  Our hope is that we can help decrease the spread of the illness in our workplace and community.

We are working from home and we will continue to be available during business hours Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00pm. Please call our office or email us for an immediate response.

Please see below for each insurance carrier’s response to the pandemic. Many of our strategic partner carriers have provided relief in premium and payments and this is a common trend that we expect from all carriers. If you need more accommodations than what will be offered, we encourage you to contact our office for assistance. We will happily contact the carrier to seek assistance.
