I began working at P&I in 2019 as the Marketing Director. In my current role I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and help find a “voice” that will make a difference. I have spent many hours building and maintaining close relationships with captive agencies helping them keep their clients happy by writing the business most captive agents do not have an appetite for.

With a background in marketing and outside sales my main goal is to increase the company’s market share and maximize revenues in order to thrive against competitors.
